Chef has loved food since her great grandfather gave her a rib bone at the age of 9 months. The creative freedom and knowledge her Marine Corp leaders D. Williams, K. Shwallon, M. Davis, and F. Cala gave her a more elegant outlook on food. The opportunities they shared gave her an award winning status. Chef continued her passion to create beautiful food that taste awesome at the Art Institute of California, San Diego where she excelled as she impressed her professors and classmates specializing in garnishing and plating.
A native Washingtonian she has returned to the D.M.V. to begin her solo career as a High End Executive Chef. Her vision for No Sweat Catering is to create beautifully catered events that are delicious, fun, and stress free for her clients.
